Fleurette – “The Harmony”
Fleurette is an aria by Vivaldi. It is a perfumed wind infusing an intense lust for life. It is a triumph of minuscule sensations swirling as a kaleidoscopic bevy of petals; which will demand all of your attention if you focus on recognizing every nuance, or a complete light-heartedness if you’ll instead choose to live the moment and lose yourself in the eye of the whirlwind. Facetious and effervescent, Fleurette knows how to lift thoughts off your shoulders, relieving fatigue and making earthly things a tidy bit lighter.
Original Extract: 10º P
Color: Orange pink
A totally one-of-a-kind beer, Fleurette is pinkish-pomegranate in color and brewed with violets, rose petals, elderflower syrup, black pepper and orange tree honey. A subtle sourness opens a dry mouthfeel on intense, quickly shifting floral sensations which disappear quickly leaving that ‘yearning for more’ feeling. Freshness and lightness meet in Fleurette an exciting, surprising complexity.
Drink fresh: the right moment falls within six months from bottling date. Do not age! Store below 10° C.
