TIPOPILS, THE SELF-AWARENESS
The mother of Italian-style Pilseners, whispering stories of barley fields and hop gardens. A timeless classic, the reinvention of a traditional style, the Birrificio Italiano way. Born in 1996, the first-ever dry-hopped Pilsener, Tipopils is a milestone on the international craft beer scene and the one beer which started our now quite long history. It may seem the most “normal” among our beers, but it is exactly the one to leave the most decisive and long-lasting of marks.

Tipopils is a golden lager with a rich hopping: the aroma of hops is the first thing one can perceive when sensorily approaching this beer, brimming with herbal and notes (freshly mown grass) followed by honey-like notes from the malts and hints of fresh yeast.
The sip is velvety and full-bodied, gently sparkling. A taste one cannot get tired of: this is the secret of Tipopils; a beer of great character, notwithstanding its apparent simplicity.
Drink fresh, do not age. The right moment falls withing 5 months from packaging date. Store below 10°C, serve cold, not chilled, at about 8-10°C.
Pairings
Food: Great with pastured sheep or cow cheeses, with cold cuts, cereals or legume-based soups, roasted or BBQ’d meats. Great with nuts and white chocolate. Excellent with all sorts of fried foods.
