EXTRA HOP, THE OBSESSION
A beer meant to translate into reality the quintessence of hops, to capture an ideal of aroma and bring it into a glass, whence the scent might overflow and invade the soul and senses.
Extra Hop is a beer to be drunk copiously, to conjure the feeling of a springtime Bierstübe everywhere you are.

The Pilsner glass is a conical glass, which widens upwards, with a short and robust stem or, in some cases, no stem at all. Its capacity usually does not exceed 30cl, or more rarely 40cl, to preserve the organoleptic profile of the beers as much as possible. This is also the reason behind its shape, as it favors the formation of a nice foam cap which, as is well known, protects the beer from oxidative phenomena.

More about this beer
Straw-golden in color, topped with a creamy and long-lasting white head, Extra Hop is an Italian craft lager. Brewed seasonally, it is brewed with whole hop cones from the latest Tettnang harvest. Nose is fresh and powerful, with unmistakable herbal, dandelion and hoppy notes, and a dusting of cracked black pepper. The malts contribute sensations of acacia honey.
Taste is fleetingly sweet at the beginning, a lasting and imposing bitterness follows right after. Aftertaste is marked by the same lingering bitterness, pleasant and delicate, which acts as a bed for the return of the sweet, honey-like taste given by the malts. Light in body, it is to be stored below 10°C and served at about 8-10°C.
Ideal setting: Anywhere you can.
Food: Excellent with alpine pasture cheeses and other not overly sharp cow cheeses; such as Dobbiaco, Latteria, and “Saras del fen” ricotta. It performs greatly with rotisserie chicken, fried vegetables, white meats or seafood. To be tried together with Nürnberger- or Italian-style grilled sausages.
